The hotel has an extensive kitchen to accommodate hotel guests and walk-in parties.
Favourites from our kitchen include the Famous Beach Fish Pie and Cider Battered Cod and Chips, both something you do not want to miss!
Like everything else in the hotel, the kitchen is apprentice run with a little help from us. Apprentices have a wide range of training from roasting to patisserie meaning there is something for everyone to try from our kitchen.
